You will find an open large living and dining room that includes an open-hearth fireplace, a dining nook, a library, and a television for your entertainment. The large kitchen and living room combination is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine, along with a dining table for shared meals. This level also contains 2 showers with WC and a separate WC. On the lower ground floor, you will discover 1 room with a double bed measuring 180 cm wide and 200 cm in length. There are 2 additional rooms, each featuring a double bed consisting of 2 x 100 cm mattresses with 200 cm length. One of these rooms includes an en-suite shower and WC. An additional bath with WC is also located on this floor. The property accommodates a maximum capacity of 10 guests across 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
