Überhaupt nichts zu beanstanden!"

"The only good thing is if you go with family and try to stay in all the time then it is cool . They give you only specific table to sit town you have no right to choose and surprisingly got charged for service fee which they didn’t even clean my room"

"We had a great stay in apartment number five, but our checkin process with the front desk at Crystal Hotel was horrible. Everything up to the payment was great, but then it turned to a complete mess. With no information at all, I was presented with a much higher bill than the Hotels.com confirmation. We do not use euros and I had to do a quick calculation in my head to notice the difference, which was significant. "Beautiful spot, near a small lake, great for short hikes and strolls and lovely views of the mountains. Two small towns nearby with dining options (of course the hotel has a great restaurant as well). Totally recommend!"
