This beautiful apartment for up to four people is located in an apartment building in Sankt Margarethen in the Salzburg region, the valley town in the top ski resort of Katschberg, and directly on the slopes of the Katschberg-Aineck ski area.
The apartment is on the ground floor and features a lovely living room with a fireplace and sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bedroom, and a bathroom. A covered garage with one parking space per apartment is located below the building. The apartment also offers a ski storage room with boot warmers, a washing machine and dryer, and a terrace with direct access to a large, south-facing garden.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and features a comfortable living room with a fireplace and sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom, and a bathroom. Nestled between the Aineck mountain and the Grainwald forest, St. Margarethen is an ideal starting point for numerous summer activities in the Salzburg Lungau region. There are around 60 mountain lakes, such as the Prebersee and the Schlierersee, and the Lungau/Katschberg Golf Club is located near the town center. For swimming fun, you can choose from the St. Margarethen bathing pond, the public swimming pool in St. Michael, or the bathing island in Tamsweg.
In St. Margarethen im Lungau, you'll find the Katschberg-Aineck ski area, offering 70 kilometers of slopes and 16 lifts. Skiers and snowboarders can also enjoy three other ski areas in the Salzburg Lungau region: Grosseck-Speiereck, Fanningberg, and Obertauern, with a total of over 200 kilometers of slopes.
The town offers numerous shops for everyday needs and a good selection of restaurants. The state capital of Salzburg can be reached by car in approximately 1.5 hours.

Die Unterkunft ist sauber und mit den notwendigen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut. Es gibt einen Blick auf die Berge und Hänge. Und die Terrasse in der Wohnung ist geräumig. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es viele Möglichkeiten zum Ausgehen. Kurz gesagt, eine schöne, saubere und geräumige Wohnung in einer schönen Umgebung. Leider gibt es auch ein Minus, in der Belvilla-Werbung wird eine Wohnung mit Whirlpool erwähnt. Letzteres ist nicht richtig, da diese Wohnung laut dem Manager des Komplexes seit mindestens einem Jahr keinen Whirlpool mehr hat! Dies wäre mit Belvilla kommuniziert worden, wurde aber (noch) nicht angepasst. Für uns war das Fehlen dieses Whirlpools kein Problem, aber wenn Sie diese Wohnung ausdrücklich mit dieser Option wählen, werden Sie enttäuscht sein. Ein weiterer Punkt ist, dass wir diese Wohnung als vollwertig erlebt haben. Die Eigentümer entscheiden sich für hochwertige Möbel und möchten eine komplette Wohnung anbieten. Umso unverständlicher ist es, dass Sie für einen einwöchigen Aufenthalt (7 Nächte) nur 2 Handtücher pro Person bekommen! Angenommen, die meisten Menschen duschen täglich, sind 2 Handtücher viel zu wenig. 3 bis 4 mal mit einem Handtuch duschen zu müssen, ist alles andere als hygienisch. Und entspricht auch einfach nicht der Qualität, für die die Wohnung steht.
