In the complex: sauna, relaxation room, spa area, storage room for skis, central heating system. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house. E-charging station. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, railway station "Niedernfritz" 7 km, bathing lake "Seepark" 2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km, skisport facilities 2 km, cross country ski track 2 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Dachstein West, Sankt Martin, Ski Amadé. Hiking paths: Lammertal. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). The holiday properties may differ in living space, floorplan, equipment and furnishing. The swimming pool is closed in October for cleaning work.
