The carpet is nasty and needs to be replaced. The furniture is old. They don’t serve tea for breakfast. You get a small paper cup with hot water and a tea bag. The entire 6th floor smelled like sewer water.
The hotel was in a great location and there seemed to be a million activities and restaurants to pick from. The staff were friendly. Few people spoke a little bit of english, but I'm in their country so I don't expect any different.
The view of the new mosque was great and the park in front of the building was awesome. There is definitely a good night life in the area.
The downside is the complete lack of parking. The staff helped out a lot with parking the vehicle, but there's literally nowhere to stop other than partly up the sidewalk in order to unload bags and since it's a busy area people get mad and honk. It was a little bit worrying.
The carpets in the hotel rooms need to be changed. There were cigarette burns all over the carpets. Otherwise I really enjoyed the place and enjoyed their selection of breakfast on the top floor as well. There's an almost 360 degree view from the top floor.
I recommend it to those that aren't willing to pay crazy amounts for the Nevali or Hilton while visiting places like Gobekli Tepe nearby.
Lots of lightning not working in room and bathroom # room carpet seen better days (room 306)

Close to bus station
As I was coming via the Hawas bus from the airport, I wanted someplace close to the station. It is within sight so only $10TL to the hotel and $15 coming back. (I guess it was more coming back due to the streets and one ways, etc.) The staff was friendly and I felt safe. The first room they showed me had no a/c and was dark. They moved me to the 7th floor where most of them were still staying and it had air. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable.
It is in the middle of a big city. There is a Migros supermarket across the way by Burger King which you can not see from the street.
It is a long way to the old city. If you walk down the street and take the number 73 bus to Gobikligol that will get you to Abraham sites and bazaar.
No one spoke English so it was hard to communicate. I wanted to take a tour to Gobeckli tepe. They could not help me. Finally I went down the street to a travel agent and they told me to take a bus from the Hawas Station at 10 a.m.
A good breakfast is served with hard boiled eggs and an assortment of cheeses and olives, etc.
This is a good hotel. Not much English spoken, there is street parking at the front of the hotel. It is located opposite a Shopping Centre with many restaurants around. The room is air-conditioned and very comfortable, Wifi is fast, Turkish breakfast is comprehensive. I was able to park my motorcycle in the forecourt. Would stay here again.
I stayed two nights ... Excellent breakfast ... Friendly and helpful staff for information, reservations for public transport, restaurants, and tourist information ... Clean and welcoming facility .... Very well managed
