There was loud music until 11pm. No parking available. Helpful staff. Food was average
Thank you Mehmet 5 stars, he speaks very good English and took me to see to Balıklıgöl, the castle, the underground markets, to get the right transport both there and back to the airport as I feel it much safer for a solo women covered up to travel with a male.
Gobekli tepe is about a 40 minute bus ride away. traditional town with very old properties, with character, theirs included
Thank you once again Mehmet.

Rehavi Konagi is an absolute gem for anyone looking to stay in old Sanliurfa for a couple of nights.
Ibrahim and his family welcomed this wandering Scotsman as one of their own - nothing was too much trouble, from a quick moped ride to catch the Gobekli Tepe bus after (the delicious) breakfast to organising a last-minute drive out to Mt Nemrut (thank you again Abdurrahman!).
My room, just off the historic mansion courtyard with its comfy tables, burbling fountain and Pasha the parrot, was large, cool and extremely well-priced - and also provided the best night's sleep so far in my Turkey trip.
I have no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending the wonderful Rehavi Konagi and look forward to coming back myself one day soon!
We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Let me start by saying that the people working there are very friendly and did their best to resolve our issues. But we ended up switching hotels because this place was hosting Turkish nights 3 out of the 4 nights that we we were planning to be there, and the last night we couldn't accept it anymore. The hotel brings in bus loads of outside guests to listen to traditional Turkish music right in the hotel's main courtyard. This is something that should definitely be communicated to guests, especially because it is not intended for the guests, it's intended for outside tour groups. The band was literally set-up on our doorstep and played from 8 pm - 11 pm. So either 1) we are stuck in our room, or 2) we have to stay out until 11 pm in a city without much nightlife options. And the music is loud! When the music stops, the cleaning starts, and people were outside our room cleaning and talking until 1:30 am. They were talking loudly directly outside our room with no consideration for guests. If we had come home from a long day exploring at 8:30 pm then we would not have been able to enter our room because the band was right there with over 50 people watching. Why these things weren't communicated is pretty shocking to me, and is frankly unprofessional. They should just close the hotel during these nights.
This inn is located just across Kara Meydani Mosque in Sanliurfa. It is about 10-15 minutes walk to the Abraham pool. It is conveniently located near a major street so you have plenty of stores and restaurants around. The inn has open air courtyard and rooms surround it. Having breakfast in this open courtyard was very memorable. The only thing I didn't like was neighboring cafe's live music came through very loud at night.

Pleasant experience, friendly host, convenient location. Property structure is kind of outdated, we had to unplug fridge to use the outlet for our electronic devices. Bathroom is tiny for basic use. But in general, quite a good experience.
A very beautiful, authentic, and historic butik hotel.. my room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.. the courtyard was gorgeous and had live musicians, singing, and dancing ..the breakfast was delicious..It feels like you are staying in a mini castle.... the hotel is in walking distance to everything.. shopping, eating, sites.. thank you very much to the staff of the hotel.. all of them very friendly and incredibly gracious and hospitable.. I will definitely stay again when I come back to Urfa..
