Situado a unos ciento cincuenta metros de la playa, y de Bajo de Guia (zona de restaurantes y tapas). Al centro andando se tarda unos 10 minutos. En cuanto al apartamento destacar el patio interior, sin ruido y con espacio para reuniones (40 m2).
El lugar es tranquilo y los desplazamientos al centro se pueden realizar sin necesidad de utilizar el coche
Estaré disponible por teléfono para cualquier pregunta, y además una persona de confianza de Sanlucar de Barrameda se encargará de gestionar aquello que necesitena.
En la zona hay restaurantes para todos los gustos, pero para pasar un rato, justo al salir del apartamento abajo está la Bodeguita de Pepe, que ademas de servir con amabilidad está dispuesto a informar sobre lo que se le pregunte.
