Located on the ground floor of a building with a lift, it offers a comfortable and functional stay for those seeking relaxation and proximity to the city centre. On the building’s rooftop there is a shared saltwater swimming pool, an ideal space to cool off and enjoy the good weather. The pool measures 5.5 x 3 metres and has a depth of 1.25 m. This communal area also features an outdoor bathroom for added convenience and sun loungers where you can relax in the sun.

The interior features a bright living-dining area with Smart TV, central air conditioning and underfloor heating, creating a comfortable atmosphere at any time of year. One guest can sleep on the sofa bed. The ceramic hob kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils needed for your stay. The other two guests will sleep in the bedroom, which has a double bed. In addition, a bathroom with a shower completes the accommodation. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair.

The apartment is located 400 metres from the centre of Sanlúcar, a gem of the Costa de la Luz famous for its gastronomy, beaches and history. Known for its manzanilla wine cellars and impressive sunsets, this Andalusian city offers a charming historic centre. You should also not miss access to Doñana, one of the most important natural reserves in Spain. If you prefer golden sandy beaches, such as La Calzada and Las Piletas, they are ideal for unwinding.

The swimming pool is available from 1 May to 30 October, with opening hours from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. every day.

The capacity of this property is 2 + 1 guests. The base rate covers 2 guests; for each additional guest, an extra charge will apply. If the booking does not include payment for these 1 additional guests, the extra beds may not be prepared or available for use.
