Very Dissatisfied
We knew we would be checking in late in the evening so booked the Asil Hotel as it stated it had a restaurant and bar/lounge area. On arrival we were told the restaurant only served breakfast and there wasn't a bar/lounge area. The hotel is tired and in need of some over due TLC. Access to the hotel is difficult as it is in a dark alley way between shops and a car park not really safe if a woman is travelling alone. The room could have been cleaner. The breakfast was breakfast ok but the staff uniforms were stained and dirty looking. On the night before we left we were reminded that we had to check out the next morning and must pay our bill. On the morning of check out the card machine was broken I therefore had to walk to the bank to withdraw the cash. There was no help with suitcases even though we had to walk up a steep ramp and across the car park to the taxi. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Good hotel in Urfa
This hotel has good access to the sights of the city. Our room was clean and tidy and the staff were very nice and kind. Breakfast was perfect and good. Parking is on the hotel alley

Great value
Everything was top notch - clean and spacious room, great shower with pressure and hot water, comfy bed and friendly receptionist. The location is not the best in town, you’ll need to walk a little to access the old city but for the price it is great value

Heating and hot water problems
Personal were kind and they tried to be helpful. However, the heating was not on, and the A/C heating was not consistent and was noisy. There was no hot water, a "slightly less cold" water instead.

Had to change room twice after booking in because first room the toilet didnt work and second room was noisy due to 4 air conditioning units outside window. When I left staff were trying to get me to pay bill even though Id paud in the morning. On the whole staff were pleasant and helpful and I would recommend hotel on that basis also a good location.

Otel güzel ama oda seçimine dikkat et !!
Urfanın merkezinde Özel Meydan Hastanesinin yanında olması nedeniyle ulaşımı rahat. Otelin önünde park yeri mevcut. Otelin ara sokağında saat akşam 11 civarında bali çeken 2 genç vardı selamlaşıp otele geçtik 😆 balıklıgöle 20 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Bize verilen odanın camında 4 tane klima motoru vardı. Gece sabaha kadar o 4 motorun sesinden zor uyuduk.

Genel olarak kötü
Kaldığımız oda temizlik konusunda vasattı, yerde sağa sola uçuşan tozlar vardı. Televizyon açalım dedik, yayın yok, görevliyi çağırdık o da birşey yapamadı. Sabah duş almak istedim sıcak su yoktu, su ılıktı. Görevliye söyledik, ısrarla diğer odalarda durumun normal olduğunu söyledi. Ilık suyla(soğuğa yakın) duş almak zorunda kaldım. Biz otelden çıkış yapmak üzereyken çeşmeye sıcak su ancak gelmişti. Sadece çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgili idi. Genel olarak vasat bi konsklama geçirdik.

Urfa, très bien.
Nous sommes restés 2 jours. Le prix, les services et l'accueil sont irréprochables. L'établissement se trouve au tout début de la rue commerçante du centre-ville et de la principale visite 20 mns à pied.

Temiz ve yeni bir otel
Yeni ve çok temiz bir otel. Personel çok yardımcı ve ilgili. Kahvaltısı oldukça çeşitli ve doyurucu. Otelin terası geniş bir Urfa manzarası sunuyor. Tek sorun otelin otoparkının yetersizliği ve araçlar için çıkmaz sokakta olması.
