Got there late and was parked on a couch for more than 30 min without getting a room. After asking a few times for it was told that I had to pay even though I already did online. The dude wouldn't even let me check my balance to see if I had my money back and kept pushing that I had to pay. He then showed me a page in Turkish, which I don't understand that was supposed to tell me their balance was 0 so they should have given back the money. In the meanwhile he had a horrible voice from the translator of his phone telling me I had to pay. The breakfast was included in the price, but in the morning they wanted more money to give me some. The dude then made me a "special offer" to go and see an archaeological site with him which turned out to be more expensive even than a normal taxi. O wouldn't recommend the place.

Sevgili Polo Sen geldiğin zaman sana ödemenin gerçekleşmediğini söyledik sistem üzerinden ödenmediğini nakit veya POS cihazı ile ödemen gerektiğini söyledik tercüme ettik Hollandalı bir misafirimiz de aynı durumu yaşadı ve aynı durumu İngilizce bir şekilde Sana anlattı ama sen kabul etmedin inanmadın belki anlamadım kısaca Anlaşamadık. Kahvaltısız bir şekilde rezervasyon yaptığını da siteden sana gösterdik Senin kendi telefonundan da Kahvaltısız olduğunu sana gösterdik Kahvaltısız fiyatımız 398 TL kahvaltılı fiyatımız 498 TL diye sana gösterdik ama sen bunu kabul etmedin

We had amazing stay, so far the best place we have stayed in Turkey for 2 months of traveling. Outstanding hospitality, the most beautiful inner yard. Cant wait to come back 🙏🌞

Ödeme konusunda fikir birliğine çok zor vardık. Otele gittiğimizde ödemenin yapılmadığını söylediler.Hotels üzerinden kredi kartı bilgilerimi girdiğimi gerekli tahsilat işlemini işletmeci ile hotels arasında yapılması gerektiğini uzun uğraşlar sonunda aktarabildim. 2 kişi olarak rezervasyon yapılan yere tek havlu tek terlik konulması garipti. Şehir merkezinde olması güzel.

Highly recommended.
Visited Şanliurfa Goethe first time and could not imagine a sweeter and more helpful place and especially crew! Nevertheless which questions we had, everyone helped us in the best way. Place is really calm, has a wonderful flair and a tiny “swimming pool” to cool down your feet’s during the hot days. And as a Gadget if you re lucky you can share your hotel with some little 4 paw companions, Şanlıurfa are highly welcomed there. We hope to come back someday, till now we enjoy the memories of Şanliurfa.

Kahvaltı her kusurunu bertaraf etti
Mahzen kat odalarda wc yok. Değişim istedim. Yataklar ahşap transpaletlerin üzerine atılmış kavçuklardan ibaret. Garip bir durum. Ve daha eleştirilecek irili ufaklı şeylerde var. Lakin kahvaltı ikram edildiğinde hepsini unutacaksınız. Çünkü bol çeşitli yöresel serpme kahvaltı veriliyor ve bayan çalışanlar çok sempatik.
