"居住的附近有7-11也有一些餐廳很方便。 但是入住的時間是暑假期間， 櫃檯和緊急電話都是同一位管理員， 要出門買晚餐的時候發現無法上鎖， 打櫃檯和緊急聯絡電話很多通都無人回應，後來才知道因為櫃檯只有一位， 一個人要負責所有的事， 並且11點後不會有櫃台人員。 終於來協助測試很多次，可以鎖門後， 我們還是很擔心這個門鎖安全問題， 櫃檯說再發生的話，再幫我們換房間， 我們有詢問若11點沒有櫃檯後， 門又壞了不能鎖怎麼辦， 櫃台只回答：「應該不會」， 安全問題讓我們晚上感到很不安， 下次不會再來住的飯店。"

"The service is great and it feels home. I love the hot spring tub in the room, it’s clean, comfortable and convenient. I enjoyed the happy hour every day at 5pm and movie night at 8pm a lot. Would def come back again :)))"

"2 things I didn't like - 1) they provided disposable towels instead of actual bathe towels, 2) although mentioned that WIFI password is on the room phone, mine was no where to be found and it was past midnight and the lobby was unmanned, thankfully I booked 2 rooms for my group and the other room has it. However, the signal in my room was rather poor. But it was overall good value considering you get 40 mins of private onsen per occupant for each night's stay."
