"Lovely place. Loads of space for us 4 families to spread out across the 2 separate houses. (Handy to put the teens in the end one on their own). Weather was very hot so we really appreciated the pool, the shade of the walnut tree and the Bluetooth speakers. A couple of extra parasols would have been great, but we managed fine. "we had an excellent week with Olivier and Nathalie who were friendly and understanding. the gite was the only one on the site and was connected to the hosts main house. we shared a pool with the hosts and were able to have swim every day. the gite was advertised for up to 5 persons but there was only two of us so loads of space. nice big rooms (for 2) and a decent fridge and freezer. great location for exploring Niort and La Rochelle plus the local area"

"The property internally was very good but needs some finishing off. Property full of flies. VRBO advertised property inclusive of use of pool and hot tub. Owner requested 100 euro’s for 7 days use of hot tub. Externally on arrival the grass was not cut, pool had not been cleaned and Wi-Fi was inoperable. Pool was cleaned on arrival, Wi-Fi was repaired following day. Grass was not cut. The owners dog used the long grass at the end of the pool to do it’s business. We will not return to this...

The pool about a minute's walk down the path was beautiful. The cottage was clean and contained everything we needed. Would return."
