Really clean and lovely big balcony, helpful staff and cleaning team were amazing! Right in the middle of everything but nice and quiet on a night, would definitely stay here again!

Very convenient location and easy access to the local food and giftshops . 5 minutes walk from the beach , lots to do ! Supermarket very close also maybe 10 minute walk . All pans and utensils needed to cook small meals . It is a great location and Ibiza was great ! Staff was very helpful and informative ! We made our own breakfast but checked out the breakfast in the hotel and it looked great . We didn’t have much of a balcony in our unit but we did have a slider door that allowed fresh air inside the unit . Room was clean and the staff is very friendly . We had no issues in our 6 day stay ! Would stay again !

I like the quietness of location, and proximity to grocery shopping. I didn’t like the shower, shower curtain was annoying and was sticking to me.

I was misinformed about the amenities the gym that was advertised I was not able to use as they said it was only for residents for the members of another hotel. I found a cigarette bud underneath one of the beds which was surprising. Nice apartment size though 👍

Nice location but lots of noise of residents staying in the complex as well as cleaners up and down the stairs with their trolleys. You can hear absolutely everything. Sleep quality wasn’t great for neither of us due to this.

Poor treatment by staff

The owners entered without us being there and took pictures of the room, we caught them because dortunately we were going to our room and they were takinf pictures of our baggage and stuff, they saw us and they told us it was to promote for airbnb but the house was a disaster so it was obvously a lie, and at checkout 30 minutes after checkout time they opened the door and told us you have to go, instead of charging a late checkout fee, they were inside the room until we left, horrible service.

Cordialement

Faltaram detalhes e cuidados. Ficamos fora do apartamento principal, no orosol 2.
