Beautiful 3 Bed Villa with Private Apartment and Private Pool Close to Beaches

  • Are you looking for a modern comfortable villa in beautiful surroundings? Then you will love this house! Villa Chus is located on the road leading from San Antonio to Cala Salada which means that the beautiful beaches and the town are both just a 10 minute drive away.
    The villa has private parking and enjoys a great position set amongst pine trees with a large well tended garden and BBQ/dining area.
    Inside the main house has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and a shower room. The living room is bright and well ventilated and there are also shady areas to be found for dining & relaxing on the wrap around terrace.
    The separate private apartment is self contained with its own kitchen and bathroom and also has a private terrace which leads into the bedroom.
    There is WiFi throughout.
    Perfect for families and for friends this Ibiza villa is a really popular choice and has many repeat clients who love coming back year after year.
