Our house is located in the Ibizan village of Sant Rafel, in the municipality of Sant Antoni de Portmany, just ten minutes from the centre of Ibiza.
It is situated in a rural area characterised by pine trees, carob trees, and typical Ibizan flora. It’s surprising that, despite being so close to the city, it’s completely secluded
It’s a traditional country house, fully renovated, where we’ve paid attention to even the smallest details, providing comfort while striving to preserve the essence of our culture. Ideal for families with children or couples.
It features five bedrooms with their own bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living-dining room, and a laundry room.
All bedrooms are equipped with a TV and air conditioning, and the master bedroom
has a jacuzzi.
An apartment attached to the main house, featuring a dining room, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a kitchen, and a terrace.
The outdoor area features a pool (also suitable for children) and a spectacular barbecue
from which you can enjoy a wonderful sunset.
