  • Welcome to this charming apartment in Sant Feliu de Guixols! Located on the front line with sea views, on the first floor, you will find yourself just 300 metres from the beautiful Sant Pol beach. A perfect place to enjoy the sun, the beach and the coastal atmosphere.





    This cosy apartment of 75 square metres features two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds, perfect for families or groups of friends. It has a full bathroom with shower and all the comfort you need for a relaxing stay.





    The kitchen is completely renovated and well equipped with a fridge, oven, dishwasher, hob, coffee maker, toaster and all the utensils necessary to prepare your meals. The living room-dining room is the heart of the apartment, with a double sofa bed, television and a dining table with wooden chairs, ideal for sharing family moments.





    From the living room you will access a beautiful outdoor terrace with sea views and comfortable furniture, the perfect place to enjoy the sunset or have a coffee in the morning. Additionally, you will have direct access to the beach and a private entrance to the apartment.





    The apartment includes all amenities: WiFi, hot water, drawers, wardrobes, hangers, bedding and towels. There is also a communal children's play area for the little ones to enjoy.
