  • BEAUTIFUL HOUSE IN SANT FELIU DE GUIXOLS WITH GARDEN AND PARKING:
    House in Sant Feliu de Guíxols, with a nice garden, parking for three cars and sea views.

    The property is in the upper-middle part of the village, but in a very quiet and familiar area. The house has a nice garden surrounding the house, a private and covered parking and a perfect terrace overlooking the sea and the village to spend the leisure time or to share meals. The acces to the terrace is from the salon or from each of the bedrooms.

    The interior is very wide, with plenty of natural light. It has a large kitchen and three bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each one.

    It is a ten minutes walking from the tourist center of the village and fifteen minutes from the beach but it has supermarkets and shops nearby. It is the perfect situation to enjoy the summer atmosphere but and at the same time having the opportunity to rest in summer.
