The property is spread over several levels, designed to offer space and comfort. With capacity for 6 people, it is ideal for families looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday by the Mediterranean.

The house features a bright living-dining roomwith sofas, TV and a dining area; a fully equipped kitchen; a guest toilet; a terracewith table and chairs; and a private gardenwith barbecue and outdoor dining space.

All three bedroomsare on the first floor:

Bedroom 1: double bed (160x185 cm).

Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x180 cm).

Bedroom 3: double bed (160x185 cm) with private balcony and lovely views.

This level also has two bathroomsfor extra comfort.

On the top floor, a private rooftop terraceoffers panoramic views of the sea, S’Agaró and Platja d’Aro – the perfect spot for sunbathing or enjoying sunsets. A washer and dryer are also located here.
