With its bright and inviting atmosphere, it’s the ideal retreat for families or groups of up to 6 peoplelooking for a relaxing holiday on the Costa Brava.
Built over several levels, the house features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and bright open spaces that invite you to unwind.
The living roomis spacious and filled with natural light, equipped with comfortable sofas, a television, and a dining table. From here, you can access the main terrace, where you can enjoy the sunrise and sea viewswhile having breakfast or relaxing with a drink in the evening.
The fully equipped kitchenincludes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, TV, refrigerator, and washing machine, and opens onto a rear terracewith a table, chairs, and barbecue, perfect for outdoor dining.
On the main floor, there is one of the bathrooms.
The first floorhosts the bedrooms and another bathroom with a shower:
Bedroom 1 (master suite):double bed (150x185), private bathroom with shower, and a private terrace with sea views.
Bedroom 2:two single beds (90x180).
Bedroom 3:bunk bed (2x90x180).
All bedrooms have air conditioning.
Above the first floor, there’s a spectacular rooftop terrace (solarium)offering panoramic views of the sea, Playa de Aro, and S’Agaró, equipped with sun loungers and a hammock, ideal for sunbathing or relaxing.

Rigtig god service af udlejere.Poolen en dejlig, men kun 110 cm dyb. Der er en del vind på de to terrasser med udsigt. Det kan være lidt køligt om aftenen. Om sommeren giver det dog dejlig luft.
