GREAT COLONIAL HOUSE IN TOWN CENTER

MANOR HOUSE WITH PATIO, VERY CLOSE TO THE CENTER AND THE BEACH:
Great house located in one of the destinations most sought after by travelers, the Costa Brava. Its surface is 226 m2, has 6 rooms and a maximum capacity of 8 people. Ideal to spend the holidays in a quiet environment and enjoy the commercial and restaurant area of ​​the town, as well as its beautiful coves and Mediterranean beaches.

The property is divided into two floors, decorated with a modern style but at the same time retaining the personality and character of the house, the high ceilings favor the feeling of spaciousness and brightness and the details and paintings make this house a unique home . The main floor is distributed in living room and kitchen, both with access to the interior patio with porch that has a magnificent outdoor table to prepare meals as a family and spend the cool summer nights. On this floor there is also one of the double rooms with integrated bathroom (with shower).

On the upper floor there are the other rooms (3 doubles and 2 singles), all very spacious and some of them with access to a balcony facing the patio. We find also a laundry room and a box room.

Sant Feliu de Guixols is located in the heart of the Costa Brava, destination of many families who want to enjoy both the fantastic Mediterranean climate of the area and the large number of activities that can be done. From maritime activities (visits to the wonderful coves and beaches in the area, kayaking, sailing, surfing, paddle-surfing, scuba diving, etc ...) or mountain activities (hiking, trekking, greenways and mountain bike routes, etc).

Nous adorons Sant Feliu de Guixols

Très belles vacances en famille et avec des amis. L’emplacement de la maison permet de tout faire à pied. La cour intérieure est très agréable. Elle mériterait un bon nettoyage. Globalement ravis de notre séjour et de la maison spacieuse et conviviale.
