"Overall, our stay at Tent Hotel was pleasant, but there was one significant concern that I believe the hotel management should address. Our room did not have a window, which immediately raised a safety concern for me. While I understand that some hotels offer interior or windowless rooms, I was uncomfortable with not having a clear and accessible emergency escape route from the room. In the event of a fire, power failure, or another emergency that prevented us from using the main hallway or standard exit route, I would want to know exactly what alternative escape options are available. This information was not immediately clear to me, and I believe guests staying in rooms without windows should be provided with clear information about emergency evacuation procedures and available escape routes. I would encourage Tent Hotel to make these safety arrangements more transparent and to ensure that guests are fully informed when booking or checking into a windowless room. Apart from this concern, our experience was generally good. However, safety should always be a priority, and I hope the hotel will take this feedback seriously and consider providing clearer guidance and reassurance to guests."

"Six times staying here now for pleasure. I absolutely love this place, it's got a really unique character and style. Definitely the best spot to stay in if you visit Girona and don't mind the ten minute walk to the old town. If you're driving it has loads of car parking too. The staff are great too. Thanks"

"Everything was great overall. The only extra cost was at the beach, where two sunbeds and an umbrella were about €20 per day. It’s not a big amount, but it’s good to know in advance."

"Très bon séjour au sein de l’hôtel. Emplacement Top, aménagement très bien, propreté très bien, personnel très agréable. Un très bon séjour en famille. Quelques points méritent une petite amélioration : - Animation : moyen, il y a surement mieux à faire pour la journée - soucis des ascenseurs parfois très très long selon les horaires. Merci Alba Seleqtta pour nos très bonnes vacances !"

"The rooms were excellent, spacious, modern and very comfortable. The buffet was also very good, with plenty of choice, and the hotel in general was clean and well maintained. The only reason I have given 4 stars rather than 5 is the price. We paid around £480 for the night, and although we enjoyed our stay, I simply don't think the hotel experience justified that level of pricing. In my view, around £300 per night would have been much more appropriate for this type of hotel. That said, I appreciate we stayed during peak August season and booked at relatively short notice, which will obviously have influenced the rate. Overall, a very good family hotel with excellent rooms and a good buffet, just significantly overpriced for our stay."

"My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. We stayed in a room with an ocean view and it was just wonderful. We used our balcony in the morning, late afternoon and every evening. It was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful, however the lines were usually long to talk to someone at the front desk. The location was perfect. Very close to the train station and so many shops, restaurants and pubs. We would definitely come back to Santa Susanna and stay here again!"
