Beautiful Villa “Sa Vinyeta” with Mountain View, Air Conditioning, Pool & Terrace

The 150 m² villa “Sa Vinyeta” is located in Sant Joan de Labritja, in the scenic countryside of northern Ibiza and is the ideal accommodation for quiet hiking or biking holidays close to the sea. The holiday home consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating in all rooms, a fireplace, satellite and cable television and a highchair. The highlight is definitely the spacious private outdoor area, which will impress you with its open and covered terrace with a dining area as well as a lounge area, and where you can enjoy the sunshine, relax with your friends and family or have delicious barbecued meals. The pool area with deck chairs invites you to bask in the sun or to take refreshing swims, surrounded by the quaint mountainous landscape. Despite the villa’s secluded location, the closest supermarket is only a 3-minute drive (1.5 km) away, while the closest beach, Cala Benirràs, is 10.8 km (a 16-minute drive) northwest of the villa. The island’s capital city of the same name is located a 20-minute drive (17 km) south of the property and is world-famous for its nightlife. Here you can also enjoy its great atmosphere with many bars, cafés and restaurants near the marina. Ibiza airport is also only a 22-minute drive (24 km) away. Furthermore, the seaside town of Santa Eulària is a 10-minute drive (10 km) from the property,Santa Gertrudis can be reached by car in 15 minutes (10.2 km), and the popular market “las Dalias” is also only an 8-minute drive (7 km) away.
