"This was our second time in this property and it will not be the last. The service exceeded expectations. The staff in the housekeeping staff, front desk and restaurants were super nice and kind. The good vibe put on by Chelli from Charallave, Roberto, and all the staff (i did not write down the names) were all incredible. The property is in great condition and perfect maintenance. Room service was always super fast. The breakfast buffet is huge with so many options. Really impressive. Plus for kitchen staff. We already discussed returning next summer. Thanks for making this a great couple vacation."

They couldn’t find the deposit receipt, and accused one of friends of taking it only to find the receipt later. They didn’t really apologise, which is actually the only reason why I am leaving this review. Mistakes are made, we are all human, but an apology to a paying customer can go along way."
