  • Son Rabassa is an old agricultural property in the municipality of Sant Joan. It is located between Sant Joan and Petra, 1 km far from the village, next to Son Perdut and Es Calderers. There is already news about the existence of this 15th century finca.

    The house is located next to a small hill that protects it from the Tramontana (the north wind) and faces south, surrounded by fruit trees, cereals and pine forests.
