"Room was spotless, and one of the best appointed rooms we've had in Europe. Lots of room and great in-room amenities. Location is perfect for exploring Girona, with easy access to the old town. No need for a car once you get here. Staff was very friendly, and fluent in English, French, Spanish and Catalan."

"Miguel, who seems to work weeknight (3-11?) was marvelous. My daughter and I lost a set of dominoes (that had extreme sentimental value) and he went out of his way (& spent a good amount of time) to find them. With the help of a coworker, he found them in a room slated for renovation the next day. I was tremendously impressed by his good natured determination. He also made an excellent recommendation for a restaurant. Miguel is incredibly patient and very focused on providing excellent customer service to the guests of your hotel. Mary P McCole"

"The room was neat & clean bed was comfortable & shower was great. The location was not so good. I booked in a hurry without checking location in maps. It’s far away from everything including train & bus stand. I paid €12.50 each way. At midnight I could hear people talking & shouting loudly in the street below. Room was warm, they don’t provide fan if you’re uncomfortable like me "

"The room was great, good bed and good size bathroom. This hotel is minutes away from the Old Town. Car parking is available for a fee. And the breakfast is worth the money- very good for someone who isn’t a breakfast gal."
