The reception staff was very helpful in providing information and arranging transport to the medical center. "Hotel staff were really nice and the maids did an excellent job keeping the place clean. The apartment we stayed in was very basic, cooking any decent meal was a pain, so really we would have been better going all inclusive. The beds were awful, really thin mattresses and very uncomfortable. Apart from that they were kept incredibly clean by the maids so 5/5 for them! The biggest issue that we had were the other people staying in the hotel, they had no respect for anyone else, we had lads...

"Fab little place to stay, very well kept and cleaners were amazing (our twin girls left a drawing and tips for them out of their pocket money:). Sea view room well worth the money as is breakfast. Food in general was great with the only weak point being their pizzas. We ate in the restaurant several times and tipped well so were a little surprised when we were refused simple things to take to the room on the one night we decided to dine in like mayonnaise sachets (which we’d of happily paid for)...

"Great stay, the staff were really friendly and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Great location, perfect pool area for sunbathing and having a few afternoon drinks. Great music and vibe by the pool. Hotel was immaculate, room was just as shown in picture. Hotel is a short and lovely 10-15 minute walk along the promenade to San Antonio and all the bars and nightlife if that’s what you enjoy. Plenty of bars and restaurants around the hotel area also."
