Belvilla by OYO Cala Conta

  • This charming 2-bedroom mansion is in St Josep de sa Talaia Balearic Islands. It is ideal for families or groups and can accommodate 4 guests. This mansion has a private swimming pool with sun loungers that offers the perfect relaxing holiday.Located only 2.5 km from the beach Port des Torrent. The mansion is close to the villages San José and San Agustin. Cala Bassa and Cala Conta beaches are within a distance of 4 km if you plan for a beach day.You can cook an amazing platter of barbecue for your loved ones. There is a roof terrace and garden furniture if you wish to enjoy some outdoor times. The check in timings are 3-8 PM and check out can be done between 9- 10 AM.
    Pets: Guests must check with the HO for prices and availability

    To ensure a safe stay, guests must follow these essential rules. Due to dry island conditions, conserve water and exercise extreme caution with fire, using only charcoal for barbecues. Quiet hours are enforced between 22:00 and 09:00 (under 45 decibels), parties are forbidden, and guests are liable for any property damage or police fines. Travel insurance is strongly recommended, as the host is not responsible for lost or stolen valuables. Please note the penalty fees: €150 for lost keys, €50 per makeup-stained towel, €50 for dirty dishes, and €100 for leftover garbage. Lastly, unauthorized check-outs after 10:00 a.m. incur a €100 to €250 charge, and uncollected pet waste will result in extra cleaning deductions from the deposit.

Needed a break from the hustle and was pleasantly surprised. The private pool area was just what we needed to relax, and the sun loungers were comfy. Being close to the beach made for easy afternoons of lounging and swimming. We even tried grilling on the BBQ, which turned out delicious!

Four nights spent here without a hitch. Enjoyed dipping in the pool every morning and relaxing on that roof terrace at night under starry skies. Each room had plenty of light pouring through big windows which made everything feel bright and open.

Het huis was top, omgeving ideaal; alles was te rijden. Ibiza stad in 20 minuten en Sant Antoni in 10 minuten! Mooie strandjes in de buurt (Calla Bassa, cala tarida, Cala Vadella etc). Huis incl WiFi, handdoeken, vaatwasser, oven, magnetron etc! Verschillende zitjes buiten. Goede bedden en twee badkamers :). Drie airco’s.
