This house is perfectly located in a very quiet residential area, close to the sea and the beautiful beaches on the west coast of the island; Port des Torrent is just 1 kilometer away, while Cala Bassa and Cala Conta are just a few minutes away by car.
The house has two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room that includes a double sofa bed. All this in a single level, with an area of 150m2 built and on a fenced plot of 1000m2.
Both bedrooms have a double bed, an en-suite bathroom, and air conditioning.
In the outdoor area, we find a pleasant shaded porch, a large terrace and of course, a sensational 5x8 m2 pool accompanied by comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas, where we will surely spend valuable moments of relaxation and fun.
The location of the house offers great comfort since it is very close to services, restaurants, beaches, and the town of San Antonio. Cala Bassa Beach Club (CbbC) is just two kilometers away. Cala Conta, with its formidable sunset, is only 4 kilometers away.
