- Beautiful Ibizan style house with spectacular views of the countryside that invites you to relax, located in one of the best areas, near the most beautiful beaches and coves of the island and in turn near Ibiza town, very close to the town of Sant Jordi where you can find: supermarkets, pharmacy, medical center, restaurants, gyms, police, banks, children's playroom, hairdresser etc.
The villa offers three comfortable double rooms with air conditioning in each of them and two full bathrooms, also has a large living room and fully equipped kitchen, in addition the house has an idyllic and private pool, highly recommended for families by its fence security, with water of the same turquoise color of the beaches of the island; where you can enjoy your chill-out area.
The entire property is fenced and with the comfort of an electric gate at the entrance to the villa.
