"This was a very nice stay, we stayed during low season so it was very calm, and even with lots of people by the pool it never seemed too loud or busy. Easy access to the beach with amazing soft sand. Room: nice and big, clean, king bed was 2 smaller beds pushed together with separate sheets and duvets so a point to note if you would like to have one actual bed. Food: good! At these prices it is not gourmet but there were definitely high points, the desserts were always great, and the rest is fairly tasty if tending to be underseasoned - this is fine though there is always salt on the table, and you can always add but you can't take out. Bars: this is fun, but at all the bars you need to download the app to be able to find the menu to see what's included - which is kind of annoying if you want to just be able to order and you don't have your phone with you. I know most people are attached but I don't tend to be when on holiday. Check in wasn't great - they sent a link to check in a few days before which kept giving a response that said our details couldn't be found. Contacted via message system on hotels.com - no response for a day. Contacted via the hotel's actual website form (where on the drop down none of the names matched the exact name of the hotel, so I just made my best guess) - no response for a day. Finally called just to see if I actually even had a booking, we did, and just checked in at the hotel, which is fine, but not a great first contact experience!"

"The hotel itself was lovely, Instagram worthy for sure. However, we stayed with another couple and I booked the stay. Paid the exact same for our 5 night break but our friends stayed in lovely room on the second floor of the main building with a balcony and lots of space (they even had a proper salon-style hairdryer and huge mirror. Even though I booked both rooms and pad for them at the same time, my husband and I were allocated a room that felt more like a hostel away from the main building, no private balcony (even though I paid for one, it was a walk way for the neighbouring room) and It felt cramped and tired and I was properly annoyed that we were in the same hotel and paid the same money but their room was definitely a grade above ours. Not cool from the hotel. Otherwise though, very happy with our stay. Staff are super friendly, food was delicious. Just felt short changed on the room situation. "

"Accommodation was basic but all in good condition and well cleaned. Good sized rooms, we had a sea view which was a noce touch. All well appointed in room. Doesnt have iron, tea/coffee etc but recpetion were always really helpful. Shops right on door stop, the view was genuine...listing said beach view and it literally was. Comfy beds. Quite a walk into town...maybe 20-30mins or €8ish euro taxi"

"Firstly, we were given the wrong room, however reception was able to move us to a different room. The rooms are dated but they are clean. The tv doesn’t work for anything, it advises you can mirror your phone to the tv, use Netflix etc, however when asking for advice to get this working, we were notified that it doesn’t actually work. The pool is large and clean and they have a bar at the pool service drinks which is included in your stay if your all inclusive. The drinks weren’t great, so we typically used another bar on site by the pool, which had a lovely seating area, however these drinks are not included with the all inclusive service and everything needs to be purchased. Overall ok if you’re only staying a couple of days. It’s well located"
