Surrounded by a beauty of mediterranean nature, Villa Curiosity is located close the night life of Ibiza Town but out of the caos.

With a modern taste and warm atmosphere the house accomodate up 8 person with 4 ensuite bedrooms located on the ground floor, they are divided as follow:
Room1 with the direct access to the pool and the terrace, it has a double bed and en suite bathroom .
Room 2 it has a double bed and en suite bathroom.
Room 3 it has two twin beds and en suite bathroom
Room 4 also this room has two twin beds and en suite bathroom

On the same floor the brighting living room with big glass doors, the fire place, TV, sofas and a billiard table to enjoy moments togheter,the big ambient hosts the dining area and the open full equipped kitchen with all the necessary to prepare delicious meals with the family and friends, there is ald the dish washer machine..

Going outside the terrace with deck chairs and parasol, and the infinity pool with a beautiful view of the nearby hills for the sunniest days
Complete the Villa a balcony with couch and another dining table, the nice garden and the parking.
This is the perfect place where to spend unforgattable moments in Ibiza.

Rental rules
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
Children welcome
Guests are requested to drop off their garbage bags in the containers provided for this purpose when they leave the house. Garbage collection service at house door does not exist in Ibiza.
In low and mid season, a fee may apply if consumption of heat and electricity is higher than average.
It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval
No safety fence around the pool

Pool has no swimming guard
Running water of some houses in Ibiza is slightly salty. This percentage may increase when the tourist season is at its peak
Smoking is not allowed inside the house
The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.

Check-in : 16:00 h - Check out : 10:00 h
Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)
Final Cleaning: €300 to pay upon arrival
