New and modern House with pool in San Jose, 2 people

  • Nice and cozy recently built house with mountain views. It has a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a kitchenette, living room, toilet, terrace with chill-out, pool and garden. Internet with WIFI and air conditioning both in the living room and in the bedroom. Laundry room and outdoor parking.
    The house is modern in style and is located near the home of the owners, a mother and her son. There is absolute privacy in the area and the pool is for private use by both properties, although the owners use the pool only exceptionally. The town of San José is only 500 m away, where you can find two supermarkets and several good bars and restaurants.
    As it is a tourist home, you must pay the tourist tax of €2.2 per person per night upon arrival.
