  • Country house located in the village of Es Cubells (Sant Josep) just 2 kilometers from the beach of Cala d'Hort and with fantastic sea views. Located in the 'Natural Park of Cala d'Hort' it is ideal to relax and enjoy the tranquility of the area.
    It consists of 1 room with double bed and balcony. 1 bedroom with double bed. 1 full bathroom 1 toilet 1 large dining room. 1 open and equipped kitchen. Large outdoor garden with sea views, outdoor wooden table and barbecue. Private parking area
    Located in the Natural Park of Cala d'Hort, the house is located in the middle of nature and has magnificent views of the sea and 15,000 square meters of land, fenced by the front protecting and separating the property from the road.
    It is located near the beach of Cala d'Hort, emblematic place for its fantastic views of 'Es Vedrá', and a few kilometers from the 'Torre del Pirata' or 'Sa Pedrera' (Atlantis). Just 2 km from the quiet town of Es Cubells where there are some restaurants, a small local supermarket and a playground, as well as spectacular views of the island of Formentera. The house is in an ideal place to enjoy the landscape, views and tranquility of the area. It is essential to have a car to get around.
    The house has T. V and WIFI internet.
    Sheets, blankets and bath towels are included for your stay.
    We are available to the guest for any questions or setbacks that may arise during their stay.
    No noise or parties that disturb the neighbors of the area are allowed.
