Nice cozy newly built house with mountain views. It has a bedroom with ensuite bathroom kitchenette, living room, bathroom, terrace with chill-out pool and jardín.Internet WIFI and air conditioning throughout the house.



Equipped laundry and parking. The house is modern and is close to the house owners a mother and her son. There is an absolute privacy and the pool is for private use. The house is fully fenced.



The village of San Jose is only 500 m. It is ideal for a relaxing and romantic holiday.

This house is just perfect for two people.

This house is just perfect for two people. The house is well equipped and offers 100% privacy. When we arrived the fridge was full and the wine and beer chilled! Also a perfect location: just a short walk to the nearby village, Sant Josep, with very good restaurants and bars just a 15 minute drive to the beautiful Ibiza beaches and 20 minutes by taxi to Ibiza city. We used it as our base to walk the great hiking paths of Ibiza. Highly recommended. Dave & Jacoline

Todo. Es como si estuvieras en tu casa. Además la ubicación al lado de Sant Josep y la situación de la casa en medio del campo es inmejorable. Estupenda casa, trrraza, piscina y anfitriones. Totalmente recomendable.

Idéal pour un couple

La villa Surf Hoyse est idéale pour deux personnes . L’endroit est hyper calme , charmant . La décoration très sympa , la literie excellente , un énorme dressing pour loger toutes les tenues imaginables !!! Les propriétaires sont discrets , d’une extrême gentillesse et soucieux du confort de leurs hôtes . Une villégiature idéale très proche des restaurants de San Jose et d’Ibiza ville .

Simplemente sensacional, tanto Hugo como Roger nos han atendido fenomenalmente. La casa sin palabras, cómoda y bonita, con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de tus vacaciones y la piscina fenomenal. No dudéis en reservar con ellos, éxito asegurado. Nosotros lo tenemos claro, esta es nuestra casa en Ibiza. En nuestra opinión todo perfecto. Mil gracias

Super Spot! Love love love Surf House ️

We were so lucky to find availability at this villa as it’s such a hot property. We loved everything about it, from the easy check in, the view, the interior, the pool, the bed outside to watch the stars on at night. The villa features everything you could possibly need for a stay in Ibiza.. the setting is calming and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay. Thanks to Roger for being a great host.. we will no doubt be back again soon.
