Villa Fabula is a dreamy villa with a large sea view of the Balearic Sea, Las Salinas salt flats and the Town of Ibiza. Cala Jondal and the beach of Salinas are really close.

In a 30,000m2 of land, privacy and silence are guaranteed, with big gardens for a wonderful views and relax spaces. Perfectly immersed in this natural atmosphere there is the 17x4 salt-water swimming pool with a beach entry effect, on side the second smaller winter pool with 35° warm water, ideal for kids and adults chill moments.
Around the pools several terraces with big Gazebos, sunbeds and sofas to enjoy the sun and the beautiful Ibiza’ sunsets.

Enter inside Villa Fabula is a charming white colors space, with a big sliding glass door to welcome the natural light and admire the gardens, a spacious living room with an open kitchen with table and chairs for breakfast and dining with the family or friends. Is also possible to eat outside on the terrace with the sea view, two BBQ available.

At the main floor there are 4 sea view bedrooms, queen size bed, tv, bathroom en-suite and air conditioning, all with a direct access to a private terrace.
On the first floor the Master Suite: two connected double rooms with TV, air conditioning, a shared bathroom with toilet and a shower with steam-bath, direct access to the big panoramic sea view terrace .

Complete the property a gym room, laundry space and the parking.

Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

Housekeeping Included 6 hours per day, Monday - Saturday.
Towels and linen changed twice per week.
Final Cleaning: €300 to pay upon arrival

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
