The property features 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, ensuring space and privacy for your entire group. The shared kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, and you'll find air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, washing machine, and dryer. A high chair, crib, and beach towels are also available for your use.



    Outside, enjoy a private garden and outdoor shower—perfect for cooling off after a sunny day. The spectacular 15 x 5 m infinity pool features integrated seating and a waterfall, next to a spacious sun terrace with mountain views. There's also a shared children's pool, a large patio with loungers, and a generous chill-out pergola beside a pond and circular pool.



    Parking includes 6 shared spaces on the property and 2 in the garage. One pet is allowed, and smoking is permitted. Events are not allowed. You'll have access to shared bike storage, a ping-pong table, and a private barbecue for outdoor dining. Babysitting services are available for an extra charge.



    Built over 300 years ago and restored on a private 180,000 m² estate, the villa preserves traditional Ibizan architecture paired with modern comforts. At the highest point of the estate, you'll find a unique chill-out area with stunning views of Es Vedra, surrounded by pine trees, ancient junipers, and Mediterranean vegetation.
