"Our hotel was changed to the Alua Soul and we were given suites. The holiday was a birthday present to my Father and we were all blown away by the accommodation so thank you very much. All the staff were amazing especially the reception staff for booking taxis and helping my dad after he had too much wine and locked himself out of the safe. I would recommend this to anyone and thank you for an unforgettable holiday. "

"This is the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful holiday, with everything you need within easy reach. Good restaurants, a small, but well stocked, supermarket and a lovely beach are all within a 5 - 10 minute walk away. The villa is very clean and extremely well equipped (we counted 5 corkscrews!!) and located in a residential area which is wonderfully peaceful. The pool and gardens are lovely, and very well maintained. Adam and Sigrin are quick to respond to any questions and happy to provide recommendations (The Fishmarket in Mahon is a must to visit for lunch!). A loss of internet connection was sorted extremely quickly. This was our first visit to Menorca, but probably won't be our last, and we would certainly stay here again. Thanks Adam and Sigrin!"

"The hotel is absolutely superb - staff, facilities, atmosphere! We booked half board - breakfast spread was one of the best we have ever had and buffet dinner was AMAZING! There was different offer every night, choice of cold meats, cheeses, vegetables, salads, humus, hot precooked dishes (fish was outstanding!!!), there was also a counter to order from 3 different dishes, and then there were desserts - again different every night and amazing choice!!!! Staff were great, from reception to housekeeping! Rooms were cleaned every day, although we asked them to do it every other day as we personally find it unnecessary :) Hotel has multiple swimming pools but mostly we used our semi-private one, shared with one other neighbour. The location of the hotel is great, 20 min taxi ride from the airport (it cost £23 in Sept 2023), 20 min bus ride from Mahon (bus stop is 5 min walk away), nice walk from 2 other villages - Punta Prima or Binibeca, and no other hotels in near vicinity for potential noise or nuisance. The hotel is very much equipped for nice adult holidays. We visited at the end of Sept when there aren't too many tourists and the hotel isn't full/crowded which was a plus for us. We would highly recommend and will use group's hotels in other locations!"

"I had a great stay at Bimbolla Apartments. Angela G made the stay excellent by checking me in late in the evening and also booking my trip to the South Coast. Angela also made timely reservations for my taxi back to airport. Apartments are clean, safe, and has a restaurant, AC, large size, two balconies, kitchen, working fridge, TV. Two pools, beautiful surroundings! Location is close to a beach, bus stop. 🙏 Thank you! "

"Great location, very well looked after resort and a good selection at the buffet which kept everyone happy for our 10 days there. Would definitely recommend. Only down side was the themed restaurants where service was slow and food wasn’t great. Stick to the main buffet!"
