Beautiful villa located in the central part of the Binibeca Nou urbanization, very close to the beach and ideal to spend a quiet time in this quiet area of the island.
This villa is built on two levels, as you enter the villa you will find the spacious bright living room and dining room, a spacious kitchen, very well equipped with all the necessary appliances for you to cook and have a pleasant stay, the 3 double bedrooms, one with double bed and the other 2, with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms, one of which is en suite and a pleasant terrace.
Each of the bedrooms and living room have air conditioning. On a lower level with access by an external staircase on one side of the house is the pool surrounded by sun loungers where you can sunbathe and spend relaxing moments, as well as the barbecue to dine al fresco. The villa is surrounded by pine trees and overlooks the sea.
In the Binibeca Nou area near the house you will find restaurants, bars and a supermarket just 500 meters away. as well as the famous fishing village of Binibecca Vell.
It is located just 13 km from the airport and 11 from the main town of Mahón. The closest beaches besides the Binibecca Nou, famous for its transparent water and white sand, are Punta Prima beach about 3 km away and Binisafua beach about 2 km away.
