The hotel was very well maintained located in a scenic location away from the hustle and bustle yet close to the little village of Binibeca. Very clean, excellent breakfast, staff were very helpful and friendly. Near Mahon airport and city. All round a Five star experience.

Great location, friendly stuff and good breakfast. Unfortunately the hotel is constructed in a bizarre way, limited privacy and not adequate shadow neither in common areas nor the rooms.

Menorca Binibeca - Beautiful location and hotel

Beautiful location on Menorca - not far from the airport. Quieter part of the island compared to the west or north end. the coast is rocky but there is a beach within walking distance. Good restaurant and fantastic breakfast.

We had a junior suite which was on the ground floor, so there were no views. The apartment was ok, quite tired and not to the standard I was expecting for the price. There were no English TV channels available. Very limited facilities in the kitchenette too. The beds were comfortable but the double was two singles pushed together. The pools were nice.

Good location. Hotel was "tired" in places and could do with freshening up. Although we had a kitchen area in our room there were no washing up facilities other than a sink (no tea-towels, washing up liquid etc). There was a hob but no pans to use on it. Housekeeping did not clean this area every day. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Beautiful location but some issues with ventilation in the rooms. You can see damage on fixings and walls due to humidity levels and the shower drain emits a really unpleasant smell. Looking at other reviews, the hotel seems to be aware of these issues yet don't even provide an air freshener to try and mask the smell. Service is otherwise excellent and the location makes up for the issues.

Excellent location, the rooms are ok, some mold and could be cleaner. Staff are generally not the friendliest. Extremely rude to go around while people are having breakfast and telling them they need to finish quick because they are closing.

Ok but could be really better.

The good: The hotel is really nice looking and the bed was comfortable and big. The staff was friendly and polite. The view is amazing from the rooms that you can have a sea view. The bad: No water during check-in, not enough towels. The shower had no air ventilation whatsoever and water was always coming out of the shower to the floor which made it really annoying. Nothing to wash the dishes-the cleaning staff also left kitchen dirty 1 time. Ok: Location is ok regarding what you like to do and see.

First of all they gave us a room full of mould that smelled really bad. Luckily we could swap to another room that was better. We were also really disappointed with the gym, only one treadmill worked, there were barely any dumbbells and the lightest was 10kg which is ridiculous. Finally we woke up two days in a row and found the pool completely destroyed. I know that might not have been they fault, but they could have given us an explanation or an apology. To end on a good note, the breakfast buffet was wonderful, and the location of the place stunning.

We had an amazing stay for our honeymoon, we arrived really early but the reception staff were so welcoming and let us chill by the pools and get some lunch until our room was ready, I would say it's definitely worth paying extra for the sea view balcony room we stayed in room 30 and the view was incredible! The room was clean and spacious, it had pretty much everything we could need for our stay, even a clothes airer for wet swimsuits and towels and a mini kitchen which was super helpful if we just wanted to chill out some days! the only thing that was missing about the room was there is no full length mirror but thinking back we didn't really miss it. There is on street parking or a car park just by the hotel, when we arrived we were told white line markings mean free parking, blue is paid parking and green is residents only, which was super helpful for our whole trip, ( majority of parking is free around the hotel ). The hotel is just a few minutes walk from binibeca vell which was lovely, nice to see what appeared to be locals owning the homes in such a beautiful part of menorca, it does get quite busy during the day and around sunset though but nothing crazy, there are 4 or 5 lovely restaurants in the town along side the hotel restaurant where we never had a bad meal, we really have nothing bad to say about the restaurant at all, stunning location, stunning food and amazing staff!!!

The property is in a perfect location with wonderful views. The staff were friendly and helpful…The breakfast buffet was plentiful with a wide variety to choose from (smoked salmon was limited though). Some areas around the upper pool near rooms 65, 66 and 67 (sun beds, shower and sun umbrellas either needed replacing or were lacking in number). Arrangements for car hire were straight forward and easy due to the helpful, pleasant reception staff. The hotel fulfilled our requirements. Peaceful, Adults Only, in a lovely location and a great place to base ourselves for exploring the island.

Chambre 46 très bruyante en raison du bloc moteur de la climatisation placé juste au-dessus de notre chambre impossible de dormir heureusement on a pu changer de chambre le deuxième soir sinon chambre 2 où logeait nos filles étaient sales. Au niveau équipement il manquait des casseroles et poêles ainsi qu’une bouilloire concernant la salle de bain la douche fuyait les murs étaient sales et craquelés tout comme dans la chambre d’autre part le complexe au niveau des lames de bois à refaire tout comme les rampes par contre le petit déjeuner est top tout comme le personnel très agréable accueillant et souriant merci à eux

Une parenthèse au calme

Hotel reservé aux adultes, ce qui offre une véritable apparté au calme, malgré la pleine saison. La literie est trés confortable. Le petit déjeuner trés bien également, avec large choix, et une vue sur le village de binibeca et la mer superbe. Les hotesses sont sympathiques et parlent français. La piscine juste derriere l'accueil est un réel plaisir, intimiste et calme apres le tumulte de la plage en plein mois d'aout (nous n'avons pas testé les 2 autres piscines). Les chambres sont spacieuses. Seul bémol, nous avions certe une grande terrasse, mais sans aucune vue, face à un mur. D'autres chambres étaient probablement plus agréable. Nous conseillons largement cet établissement aux couples.
