Villa De La Luz is a charming 3 bedroom property with a superb location. Punta Prima resort centre, with its selection of bars, restaurants and shops, is just a short downhill stroll from the villa. What's more, the beautiful sandy beach is only 400 yards away, so you'll have everything you need for a wonderful holiday within walking distance. The villa itself is spacious and full of character. Spend your days relaxing by your own private pool or cook up a feast on the BBQ and dine alfresco. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms are included.

Villa De La Luz is a semi-detached villa with a fantastic location in the popular Punta Prima resort. It's slightly elevated position offers partial, distant sea views. The centre of the resort is only a short walk downhill, with a choice of restaurants, several shops and mini markets, perfect if you're not wanting to hire a car. Ideal for beach lovers, the wide sandy beach is also only 400 yards from your villa. Our villa Mura Sol is nearby.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
