Luxurious villa "Estrellita" with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, balcony, terrace, garden, and pool; parking available. Villa Estrellita is an impressive villa newly renovated in 2025, featuring an 8,000 m² garden. It is located in a quiet countryside area, within walking distance of the village of Sant Lluis (1 km), a 10-minute drive from 14 beautiful sandy beaches, and 5 km from the capital, Mahón. The 400 m² villa consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (one with two single beds), 4 bathrooms and an additional guest toilet, accommodating up to 8 people. You have Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine, fans, TV, cot, and high chair. The spacious private outdoor area offers covered and uncovered terraces, a large garden with sun loungers for relaxing, and a swimming pool.



The splendid garden has no close neighbors. There is also a table tennis table, football goal, outdoor dining area, and barbecue. The pool features a whirlpool. The property is less than 10 minutes by car (5.3 km) from Punta Prima beach, a picturesque bay with crystal-clear waters. In Sant Lluís, only 4 minutes by car or 1.2 km from the villa, you will find supermarkets, pharmacies, cafés, and restaurants. The island's capital, Mahón, is 10 minutes by car (5 km) and Menorca Airport is 15 minutes by car (10 km).
