En la zona del Montseny se encuentra la casa de vacaciones "Torre Vendrell", a sólo 5 minutos del pueblo de Cardedeu y 30 minutos de Barcelona.
La casa tiene 8 habitaciones, 4 baños y 2 aseos en 2 plantas.
El terreno es de 10.000 m2 con una enorme piscina privada, Padel, tumbonas, barbacoa y una terraza cubierta con zona para descansar y comer.
"Torre Vendrell" dispone de todas las comodidades y utensilios necesarios como: cafetera de cápsulas, cafetera italiana, microondas, 2 neveras, horno, placa de inducción y lavadora.
700 m2 construidos de casa ideal para unas estupendas vacaciones con capacidad para 20 personas y la comodidad del aire acondicionado.
En la planta baja se encuentra un gran salón con 2 conjuntos de sofás y TV led de 55", comedor, cocina con una mesa extra para 8 personas, sala de billar, 4 habitaciones con literas, 1 habitación tipo suite con baño, 2 baños completos y un aseo.
En la planta superior, una sala de juegos, 2 habitaciones dobles, 1 habitación tipo suite con baño y un aseo.
"Torre Vendrell" se encuentra a 5 minutos del pueblo de Cardedeu y a 10 minutos de: centro comercial "La Roca Village", "Golf la Roca" y "Karting Cardedeu"

Excellent Villa - Exceeded Expectations
We celebrated my wife's 30th birthday with a gathering of 18 friends for 4 nights. The villa was immaculately clean and well prepared for us. All rooms had towels, padel rackets provided, etc. The property comfortably sleeps 18 guests and all amenities were perfect (pool, padel, garage, bbq). Shops nearby, beautiful location, bins 3 minutes drive which is perfectly fine. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Great for extended families
We were four family groupings staying together with many kids. The house was perfect with great pool for all ages. Lots of living space and big kitchen and everybody loved the paddel court!

Relaxing stay with a big group of people
We were a big group of poeple all family related with age ranging from 1 to 70 years of age. We were in general happy with the house and especially the outdoor areas (pool and paddle court). The host was also very friendly and always available on whatsapp. The downside was the quality of the beds (very thin..) and the occasional visit from neighbouring dogs (which was a bit scary for the small kids). Also worth noticing that the local taxi companies hardly speaks a word of english, so really recommend having a rental car during the whole stay.

Stort hus med många badrum
Bilderna överensstämmer med verkligheten. Marta var väldigt snabb på respons när vi hade frågor innan resan och hennes man tog emot oss och gav en bra guidning. Vi bodde med vår stora vuxna familj på 10 personer. Rymligt och bra hus, det enda vi saknade var en osthyvel och kaffebryggare😊 Vi älskade padelbanan! Tack!

Super séjour
Maison très spacieuse, fidèle aux photos. La maison n'est pas moderne mais possède tout ce qu'il faut pour être bien. Clim, piscine (un côté "pataugeoire" a 50-70cm pour le plus grand bonheur des petits et un côté piscine classique), terrain de paddle, barbecue. De quoi bien s'occuper. ~ 1h de Barcelone ~ 30 min de la plage Magasins alimentaires proche. Marta a été très réactive lors des échanges. Pas du tout envahissante, une fois les clefs remise laisse les locataires en confiance.
