Close to the expansive beach of Sant Pere de Pescador is this gorgeous vacation home with modern amenities. You have an originally designed private pool, outdoor shower and various terraces to enjoy the sun. The beautiful, spacious living room is very comfortably furnished; with flat screen TV and Wi-Fi internet access. On the 1st floor are the 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds, built-in wardrobes and a luxurious bathroom with rain shower. Parking possibility on the property. The charming fishing village of Sant Pere de Pescador with its beautiful surroundings offers you many possibilities to get to know the typical Catalan lifestyle. Explore Figueras with its impressive cathedral and the Salvador Dalí Museum. In the nearby nature reserve Aiguamolls de l'Empordà you can take long walks and discover the more than 300 species of birds, 100 of which also nest here. Upon request and payment of an additional fee, your pet is also welcome.

Soweit alles super! Das ein Ferienhaus, dass regelmäßig genutzt wird ein paar „Gebrauchsspuren“ hat, ist vollkommen normal. Ausstattung Küche ist super, Weg zum Strand zu Fuß locker machbar…Was uns nicht gefallen hat, ist dass sehr schlechte Wifi! Hätte es auchgern anders, ist den Kindern aber sehr wichtig und wenn man so viel Geld für ein Ferienhaus zahlt, sollte der Eigentümer auch 25€ im Monat für ein guten/vernünftiges Internet zahlen können und man es nicht vom Nachbarn (vielleicht der Eigentümer) mitnutzen müssen. In bestimmten Räume /Schlafzimmern ist gar kein WLAN vorhanden
