This holiday home is in Parc Residencial Empúries region of Catalonia in Spain. It can accommodate up to 9 guests and has 4 spacious bedrooms. It is perfect for a large family or for a group that wants to spend time holidaying on the Spanish Coast.

Only 300 M from the sea, it is located in Urb L' Amfora. The places to visit nearby are Aiguamolls Emporda, the ruins of Sant Marti d'Empuries, the Salvador Dali museum in Figueres and nature park Cap de Creus.

The villa has an enclosed garden, you can have your meals on the terrace. The landscaped pool has a wooden deck where you can have your own barbecue.

The nearest airport is the Girona Airport which is at a distance of 45 KM. Town center is 1.5 KM away and the train station is 20 KM away; restaurants, tourist information and river is 1 KM away.

There is a tourist tax of € 0,90 per person for each night and a maximum of 2 pets are allowed at the cost of € 3 per pet for the stay.

Schönes Objekt mit guter Lage zum Strand
Pro: - Gute Lage (Strand/Einkaufen) bzgl. Bewertung siehe Contra - Großer Pool mit Treppe - Küche ausreichend ausgestattet - Zimmer sind groß - schöne Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung. - Klimatisiert - Garten umzäunt - Serviceteam war für Fragen gut zu erreichen. - Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Contra: - Nahe liegender Campingplatz hat an mehreren Tagen ein lautes Abendprogramm bis in die Morgenstunden gehabt. Teilweise so laut, dass es selbst beigeschlossenen Fenstern störend und teilweise an Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Daher auch nur 3 Sterne für die Lage. - Betten im Erdgeschoss (Doppelbett) müssten erneuert werden. Knarzen recht laut wenn man sich nachts darin dreht.

Großes Haus mit tollem Pool in perfekter Strandlage
Über die Jahre war dies bereits der dritte Urlaub im schönen Sant Pere Pescador und bereits der zweite Aufenthalt in einem haus in dieser Strasse. In diesem Jahr waren wir zwei Familien mit 9 Personen und dafür hat das Haus eine ideale Größe gehabt. Perfekt sind bei diesem Haus die direkte Nähe zum wunderschönen Sandstrand von Sant Pere Pescador sowie der große Pool, in dem vor allem die Kinder (aber auch die Erwachsenen :) viel Spaß hatten. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung, wobei vor allem die große Küche, die neue Waschmaschine und die gut funktionierenden Klimaanlagen zum Kühlen aller Räume zu erwähnen sind. Nicht so schön waren die nicht vorhandenen Schlösser an den Badezimmertüren - verschließen konnte man sie nur mit Bändern und Haken. In der Preisklasse hätten wir da schon Schlösser oder Riegel erwartet. Noch ganz besonders herauszuheben ist die Hilfsbereitschaft und freundliche Art von Kateryna, die für die Agentur vor Ort (Lym, Belvilla) arbeitet. Sie war schon bei der Schlüsselübergabe sehr nett und hat dann auch noch zwei andere Matrazen für zwei der Bewohner organisiert, da diese auf den Matratzen vor Ort nicht so gut geschlafen haben. Auch bei der Organisation eines Taxis für unsere erwachsene Tochter und ihren Freund, die danach noch ein paar Tage nach Barcelona wollten, war sie eine große Hilfe.

Bonne situation, hôte disponible et réactif mais prestation de la villa très moyenne...aménagements minimalistes, literie catastrophique et cassée, machine à laver très vieille, jardin peu mise en valeur, pas d équipement de barbecue, ampoules de jardins cassées etc.... Très décevant ....
