Apartment with free parking only 50m beach:
The apartment of 50m2 is in the Sot del Morer urbanization of Sant Pol de Mar in front of the beach, 10min from the train station, 55km from Girona and 65km from Barcelona Airport with direct SAGALES bus. It is located on the first floor with garden and sea views from the terrace and direct access to the beach. The bedroom is composed of a double bed and in the living room there is a very large sofa-bed for two people. There is a full bathroom, equipped kitchen with washing machine, fans, stove for winter, flat screen TV, wifi throughout the establishment and free parking. Key collection takes place in the same apartment from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment and pets are allowed at an additional cost. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation and we will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.

Très bon contact avec Ana et Roger. Ils se sont adaptés à notre arrivée.L’appartement est conforme à l’annonce. Cependant, la climatisation serait un bel atout. Point faible: nuisances sonores, les murs sont en papier, on entend absolument tout ce qu’il se passe partout, vous pouvez même entendre nettement la conversation de vos voisins donc très difficile de s’y reposer. Autrement pas de souci, l’emplacement est parfait, vraiment!

Estuvimos a gusto. El apartamento no es muy grande pero es servicial. La terracita no muy grande pero bastante apañada, hechamos en falta las vista al mar, se veía una esquina solo del agua. Esta al lado de la playa, al pasar por debajo de un puente, no hace falta salir a la calle por lo que nos encantó. Ana muy amable. Por lo general estuvimos muy bien, seguramente repetiremos.

От моря 100-150 метров. Пляж суперский, очень тихий, мало народу и песочек супер. Мы довольны на все 100%
