Apartment with terrace on the beach 10min train: The apartment of 50m2 is in the Sot del Morer urbanization of Sant Pol de Mar in front of the beach, 10min from the train station, 55km from Girona and 65km from Barcelona Airport with direct SAGALES bus. It is located on the first floor with garden and sea views from the terrace and direct access to the beach. The bedroom is composed of a double bed and in the living room there is a very large sofa-bed for two people. There is a full bathroom, equipped kitchen with washing machine, fans, stove for winter, flat screen TV, wifi throughout the establishment and free parking. Key collection takes place in the same apartment from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment and pets are allowed at an additional cost. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation and we will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.

The apartment was sufficient for 4 people. It had everything you need for a longer vacation (e.g., a washing machine). The beach is a 5-minute walk away and far from mass tourism. The beach is also very beautiful. The underground garage for parking is also a great advantage.Calella can be reached by car in 10 minutes if you’re looking for a bit of hustle and bustle.Very well suited for a small family with a dog. In the future, I would wish for air conditioning, but the two ceiling fans were also very good. We felt very comfortable.
