Magnificent villa with swimming pool and stunning beach views on Barcelona Coast

  • Experience a large traditional family house and relax with your family or friends in this villa of 3800 sqft (350 m2). The villa is situated at a strategic place 5mn walking from the Mediterranean sea and uphill enough to provide the best views on the beach and on the surroundings pine forest.

    The villa is built inside a 1/4 acre garden (1100 m2) around a large private pool (540 sqft). It is situated in Sant Pol de Mar, a quiet village 30 minutes driving from the city center of Barcelona. The villa is in a very quiet residential area between mountain and sea. The whole villa is fully air conditioned.

    It is made of 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a 25 m2 kitchen and a 50 m2 lounge with a dining room for 10 or more guests and an open chimney.

    Ideal for 2 families or 3-generation gatherings as 2 bedrooms are presidential suites with their private lounge, private bathroom and access to their own terraces.

    Parking for 2 to 3 cars including 2 in the garage.

    The house has been under full renovation in 2020, closed during 2021 and 2022 and is now reopening for the 2023 season.
