Great stay
"Reasonable priced hotel in the centre of Vic. Emailed in advance to see if we could get an early check in and they could not guarantee this, however when we arrived our room was ready. Friendly staff and good hotel for the price we paid."

"Expected Hotel Ripoll to be nearer Ripoll 50 km,should of researched it but not connected in any way.Booked a bed which should of been able to use as 2 singles but wasn't so bit awkward otherwise 😀"

Great facilities but lack of maintenance
"Hotel has great facilities, but it has poor cleanness. we found, at least, 30 bugs inside our apartment. We had to remove the bugs several times as they coming out from somewhere we could not find. In addition, closest and other places in the rooms where not clean and smelly. We report the issues ..."
