"Wonderful hotel -- like a palace in a botanical garden! The staff answers your every wish, the food is so delicious and the grounds so beautifully kept that you never want to leave. Views of the sunrise over the water as you eat breakfast are picture postcard. The harbor and flowers, the sound of birds every morning, the elegant decor and original woodwork, all combine in a setting that produces one of the best vacations to Italy I have ever experienced."

"The hotel was pleasant enough. Charming old building, decent room, very nice courtyard for breakfast and dinner. One complaint, we booked a taxi from the airport to the hotel through the hotel. When our flight was delayed and we missed our connection we messaged the hotel well in advance to let them know we would be arriving later in the day. Several hours later we received a message saying we would be charged for 75 euro and they would charge another 75 euro to meet us later that day. It then took multiple calls to eliminate the charge and arrange the revised pickup. The only explanation I can come up with is that they don't check the messages and so can't update the driver. But the fact that they attempted to charge us shows either contempt for their customers or complete ignorance. I would suggest just grabbing a cab at the airport when you arrive. All in all it was okay but would't stay there again."

"Had a wonderful honeymoon, the staff were excellent and super helpful! The several restaurants were delicious! The hotel is lovely, clean, tidy with lots to do and fun entertainment in the evenings, they provide shuttles and day trips for a reasonable price and the spa is a recommended for a relaxing massage! Overall we’re already planning our next stay"

"Very nice place to stay, nice view over the city and the sea. A little far from the city if you don't have a car but they offer shuttle. Nice pool and SPA, The restaurannt food is very good and not too expensive. The breakfast is good and diversify."
