Beautiful 2-bedroom MTR house in south Santa Ana with WiFi, king bed and a crib
Enjoy the pleasant atmosphere at this comfortable, vintage-furnished medium term rental (MTR) house. Minimum stay is 30 days, maximum is 350 days. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a crib, 2 bathrooms with a shower and a bathtub, and a full kitchen. There is also a spacious office with a couch, a desk with monitor, keyboard, mouse, and printer. WiFi, TV, vintage stereo, central air conditioning, and a Nest thermostat. The kitchen has nice Wolf gas range, Viking microwave with stovetop exhaust fan. The kitchen has access to a washer and a dryer. There's plenty of driveway parking, but no garage parking. It is conveniently located in south Santa Ana, a city that has outlawed STRs (less than 30-day stay). The house is best suited for a family with a baby or toddler. It is a no-smoking house, no drugs, no pets, no commercial use, and no mail delivery. Limited visitors and dinner guests are welcome, but no parties (greater than 6 people) are allowed without owners permission.
